Is StatStud.com Free?

YES! StatStud.com is free for all users.  Please sign up for a user name and password to access all the features of the site.

Does StatStud.com only cover Division I Stats?

No.  The stats for every Division I, II, and III college baseball player will be accessible via your user name and login.

Are Summer League player's stats tracked as well?

Yes.  Every major summer league in the country is tracked.  You will have the ability to use all of the interactive tools associated with the college season, for every summer player.

How often are each players Stats updated on your website?

All stats our updated every 4 hours, 4 times each day, 7 days a week.

Do you have archived player stats as well?

Yes.  For all college teams are stats go back to 2001.

How does the  "My Watch list" feature work?

This feature gives you the ability to add any player in the country to your personal watch list.  Each time you log into your account, each player on your watch list statistics will be shown and updated 4 times a day, every 4 hours.  You will have the option of receiving an automated email notifying you that a player on your watch list stats have been updated.  This gives the member the ability to track the stats of their friends, competition, former teammates, and other interested parties with the click of a button.

How do I remove a player from My Watch list?

Simply click the check box next to the corresponding player's name, and click the remove button from the list of possible actions.

How does the "My StatStud Network" feature work?

This feature was designed to give you the member the ability to have your daily game stats sent via email to those who may want to receive your daily game updates.  By accessing your "My Account" section of the website, you will find the space to enter the email address of the person you would like to receive your daily game updates and your performance in that game, as well as a personal message that will accompany your stats.

What other tools does StatStud.com offer to its members? 

 As a member you will are able to graph player's stats on every statistical category, compare players  on a chart based upon the entered statistical criteria.  By accessing the member based area you can also break down statistical categories by player, conference, and division, as well as view each on a chart, pie graph, and by clicking their personal statistics page.

 

What Awards are given out by StatStud.com?

 

We give out a player of the Week, Month, and Year per Division.  We also have developed a Player Power Ranking System which automatically calculates each player's points based upon their stats over a wide variety of categories.  Each player can access their personal page which has their updated Stats for the current Season, past years stats, their projected stats for the season, their last 7 games stats, as well as the Power Ranking number, and where that stands Nationally.  We have broken down the top 100 Power Rankings by Division as well, which like all other stats are updated on 4 hour intervals.

 

Can anyone access the Forum and make post?

No.  You must be a member of StatStud in order to post in the Forum.

 

What is the Who's Hot Section, and how is it calculated?

 

The Who's Hot section on the member's home page is a compellation of players who have performed well over the past 7 games.  There are 4 player's listed for each division, including summer leagues. Two position player's, and two pitchers will be shown for each. 

 

I play on a small division 3 school in Alabama, are my stats available on StatStud, and am I eligible for all of the tools, awards, and statistical analysis as the Division 1 schools?


Yes.  We have all 1,519 teams in college baseball, including summer leagues.  Each player is open to all awards, statistical analysis, and Player Power Rankings.
